The Ella Question
Why building ethical relationships with machine intelligence matters.

For close to two decades, Victor has worked across politics, technology, and digital persuasion, building systems that help people understand, engage, organize, and act. His career has moved between political campaigning, strategy, digital product development, and public affairs.
He served as a political adviser to Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and has worked with the Association of Swedish Engineering Industries (Teknikföretagen). He has also lectured on content strategy at Berghs School of Communication and on digital persuasion techniques for personnel working with tactical psychological operations and operational communications within the Swedish Armed Forces.
Today, he works at Stockholm-based public affairs firm Reform Society, where he leads the development of digital mobilization and AI-powered tools for organizations working with advocacy, fundraising, public opinion, and political change.
In 2026, he founded 90 AI Technologies, where he builds products around how AI changes the way organizations operate. Nitti is focused on political intelligence, braaand on brand infrastructure, and Campaign Brain on autonomous campaign operations and agent orchestration.
His broader interest is in the systems we build around intelligence: how they shape human behaviour, how humans shape them in return, and what kind of relationship we want to have with machines as they become increasingly capable.
